The skills are rated in levels of proficiency, represented by a bar filled in thirds: basic (⅓), intermediate (⅔) and advanced (full).
These are not precise metrics but a way for me to visualize how confident I feel in my skills. A full bar does not mean I know everything about the skill and the gap between intermediate to advanced can be a big one in my opinion. Furthermore, I'm always open to honing my skills or acquiring new skills given the opportunity.
